Easy & Reliable Setup
With the combination of video guidance, manuals, and layout drawings, customers can quickly complete installation under our remote support. For complex projects, our professional engineers are available for on-site installation and commissioning.
We strictly follow order specifications and keep customers informed of equipment production schedules, completion timelines, and all preparatory work prior to packaging and shipment.
In accordance with client requirements, we dispatch experienced engineers to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment. We also provide craft beer recipes and offer lifetime technical support to ensure smooth operation.
Once the equipment arrives at the customer site, we assist with equipment acceptance, coordinate installation and machine adjustment, and ensure the equipment operates normally and efficiently.
Trial Production Testing
Product Defect Rate
The defect rate of products is ≤ 0.3%, provided that the customer supplies qualified bottle preforms, bottles, labels, and packaging materials.
Bottle Seal
Bottles are manually inverted and pressed to ensure proper sealing and leak-proof performance.
Caps
Ring caps are inspected for breakage, and bottles with severe damage are identified and removed.
Liquid Level
Ensure consistent liquid levels in all bottles for uniformity.
Labels
Verify that bottles have accurately applied labels according to specifications.
Production Stability (Speed)
Test and monitor the maximum and stable production speed to ensure it meets the speed specified in the contract.
Other Controls
Final checks include coding and packaging verification to guarantee product readiness for shipment.

Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang, China, about 2 hours’ drive from Shanghai. In addition, we have sales and service centers in Rwanda, the Philippines, and Moscow.

We support PET bottles, glass bottles, and aluminum cans.
For PET bottles, supported capacities include:
- Small bottles: 100 ml – 2 L
- Large bottles: 3 – 10 L
- Drinking water gallon bottles: 3 L and 10 L
