What is the production capacity of your water filling machines?
We offer flexible solutions from 2,500 to 36,000 bottles per hour for small PET bottles, 300–2,000 BPH for large 3–10L bottles, 300-15,000 BPH for glass bottles and 100–1,200 BPH for 5-gallon barrels.
How do you ensure product quality?
We implement strict QC procedures, including machining accuracy checks, assembly precision inspection, sampling of electrical components, and FAT & SAT testing to guarantee reliable machine performance.
How long does delivery take?
Standard machines typically require 30–60 days for production and delivery. Customized lines may take longer depending on complexity.
What kind of after-sales service do you provide?
We offer 24/7 online technical support, on-site installation and commissioning, operator training, and long-term spare parts supply.
How fast can you supply spare parts?
Standard purchased parts: shipped within 24 hours by air express.
Non-standard parts: shipped within 48 hours or technical drawings provided for local processing.
Urgent cases: manual delivery can be arranged.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Our engineers can travel to your site for installation, commissioning, and operator training, ensuring smooth startup and efficient production.
Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Absolutely. We welcome customers to visit our 3,000 m² factory, view the spare parts, machining, and packaging areas, and see our production process firsthand.
Do you participate in international exhibitions?
Yes. We regularly attend global exhibitions, such as the Canton Fair, to showcase our latest water filling and beverage bottling solutions.

Are you a factory or a distributor?
We are a manufacturer with our own international sales offices.
Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang, China, about 2 hours’ drive from Shanghai. In addition, we have sales and service centers in Rwanda, the Philippines, and Moscow.
If needed, we can arrange airport pickup and assist with your visit and itinerary.
