Due to the specialized nature, high customization, and significant logistics requirements of our industrial equipment, our return policy is as follows:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Zhangjiagang Navan Industrial Co., Ltd. does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and the production process has commenced. This policy applies to all beverage production lines, filling machines, water treatment systems, and related industrial components.
2. Rationale for This Policy

Customization: Most of our machines are engineered and manufactured to meet specific client requirements (e.g., bottle shape, production capacity, voltage, and local certifications).

Logistics & Integrity: The high cost of international freight, customs duties, and the risk of damage during return transit make returns impractical for heavy industrial machinery.
3. Quality Assurance & Factory Inspection (FAT)
To ensure your complete satisfaction before shipment, we implement the following:

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT): We strongly encourage clients or third-party inspectors to visit our facility in Zhangjiagang to inspect and test the machinery under running conditions before it is dispatched.

Video Verification: For clients unable to visit, we provide comprehensive operation videos and performance data for approval prior to shipping.
4. Warranty and After-Sales Service
While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products:

Warranty: All machinery is covered by our standard 12-month warranty (or as specified in the sales contract) starting from the date of Bill of Lading.

Technical Support: In the event of a mechanical failure or manufacturing defect, we will provide remote technical support, send replacement parts (free of charge for non-wearable parts under warranty), or dispatch engineers for on-site repairs as per the specific terms of your contract.
5. Damaged Goods
Upon arrival, please inspect your shipment immediately. If any components are found to be damaged during transit, please document the damage with photos/videos and contact us and the shipping carrier within 48 hours to facilitate insurance claims and rapid parts replacement.
