The system is mainly composed of the degassing unit, mixing unit, cooling unit, pre-carbonation unit, carbonation unit, electrical control unit, and frame.
The system uses a vacuum pump to evacuate the degassing tank, maintaining a certain negative pressure inside. Treated water enters the degassing tank in a mist form through nozzles at the top. Under negative pressure, gases dissolved in the water are more easily removed, facilitating subsequent carbon dioxide dissolution and dosage control.
Degassed water and cooled syrup are blended in a T-shaped mixing pipe at precisely controlled ratios under a uniform gas pressure system. All tanks operate under the same constant pressure to ensure mixing accuracy, flow stability, and total isolation from atmospheric contamination.
The mixed liquid is cooled to the optimal carbonation temperature through a heat exchanger, ensuring stable operation of the subsequent carbonation system.
CO₂ gas is injected in a controlled amount through a metering device into an ejector, where it mixes with the cooled liquid to achieve preliminary carbonation.
The pre-carbonated beverage enters the carbonation tank as a mist through top-mounted nozzles. The mist-like liquid fully integrates with the added CO₂ to reach the desired gas content. A CO₂ pressure control system regulates the CO₂ dosage, maintaining stable back pressure in the carbonation tank.
Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC), human-machine interface (HMI), sensors, pneumatic control devices, and other electrical components. Automated control is achieved through the PLC.
